1. 适用范围与运营方
本政策适用于 BuBu TV iPhone 与 iPad App（以下简称“App”）和 BuBu TV 技术支持网站。本文中的“我们”指 BuBu TV。若你对隐私有疑问，可通过技术支持网站的问题报告表联系我们。
2. App 内处理的信息
App 处理你主动输入、导入或选择的信息，例如播放列表地址或文件、XMLTV 节目单、收藏、播放历史和 App 设置。这些信息用于导入、播放、节目单显示、保存偏好和本地故障诊断。
3. 存储与网络连接
App 内的播放列表、收藏、历史记录和设置默认保存在你的设备上。BuBu TV 当前不提供账号、云同步、广告 SDK 或行为分析 SDK，也不会将你的完整播放列表、观看历史或完整媒体网址上传到 BuBu TV 服务器。
从 Build 51 起，App 支持你提供的 HTTP 和 HTTPS 播放列表、XMLTV 节目单与媒体地址。较早的 Build 48／50 只接受 HTTPS 入口地址。你可在设置中查看构建号。
导入、刷新、浏览或播放来源时，App 可能请求相应的列表、节目单、媒体和图片。来源提供方及其内容分发服务会收到你的 IP 地址和请求网址，并可能依据自身政策保留访问日志。网址中的访问令牌也可能随来源记录保存在本机；请勿分享含私密令牌的列表。
HTTP 不加密，地址、访问令牌和内容可能在传输中被截获或篡改。即使入口为 HTTPS，来源仍可能引用 HTTP 媒体分片、重定向或图片，因此不能仅凭入口地址认定整段播放已加密。请优先使用 HTTPS，并仅使用可信且有权访问的来源。
Build 51 会在导入已知 HTTP 来源时提示风险，并在设置与法律说明中披露。App 不绕过 HTTPS 证书验证，也不会在 HTTPS 失败后自动改用 HTTP。列表与节目单请求拒绝 HTTPS 降为 HTTP 的重定向；媒体播放子请求由 Apple 播放框架处理，可能包含来源指定的 HTTP 请求。
4. 文件访问
当你明确选择播放列表或节目单文件时，App 才会通过 Apple 提供的文件选择器读取相应项目。App 不请求照片或视频资料库权限，也不会读取你未选择的文件。
5. 删除与保留
你可以在 App 中删除播放列表及其频道，或删除、清空播放历史。节目单来源需要在节目单管理中另行处理。卸载 App 通常会删除 App 容器中的数据；系统备份可能保留副本，具体由你的设备和 Apple 服务设置控制。删除 App 内记录不会删除来源提供方的访问日志。
6. 技术支持网站表单
如果你主动通过网站提交问题报告，我们会处理你填写的姓名、联系邮箱和问题详情，仅用于回复或排查问题。请不要提交密码、私密播放列表链接或不必要的敏感信息。此类网站表单信息不会用于广告或出售给第三方。
7. 儿童与第三方内容
BuBu TV 不提供、托管或推荐频道、播放列表或节目内容。你应仅导入自己有权访问和使用的内容。App 不面向儿童收集个人信息；第三方媒体来源的可用性、内容和隐私处理由相应提供方负责。

1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to the BuBu TV iPhone and iPad app (the “App”) and the BuBu TV support website. “BuBu TV”, “we”, and “us” refer to BuBu TV. For privacy questions, contact us through the support-site report form.
2. Information handled in the App
The App handles information that you actively enter, import, or choose, such as playlist addresses or files, XMLTV guides, favourites, play history, and App settings. This information is used to import and play your media, show guides, preserve preferences, and provide local diagnostics.
3. Storage and network connections
Playlists, favourites, history, and settings are stored on your device by default. BuBu TV currently has no account system, cloud sync, advertising SDK, or behavioural analytics SDK. We do not upload your complete playlists, watch history, or complete media URLs to BuBu TV servers.
Starting with Build 51, the App supports user-supplied HTTP and HTTPS playlist, XMLTV guide and media URLs. Earlier Builds 48/50 accept HTTPS entry URLs only. You can check your build number in Settings.
Importing, refreshing, browsing or playing a source may request its playlists, guides, media and artwork. Source providers and their content delivery services receive your IP address and requested URLs and may retain access logs under their own policies. Access tokens in URLs may also be stored with source records on your device; do not share playlists containing private tokens.
HTTP is unencrypted. URLs, access tokens and content may be intercepted or modified in transit. Even an HTTPS entry URL may reference HTTP media segments, redirects or artwork; an HTTPS entry does not guarantee encrypted playback throughout. Prefer HTTPS and use only trusted sources you are authorised to access.
Build 51 warns about known HTTP sources during import and discloses these risks in Settings and Legal & Privacy. The App does not bypass HTTPS certificate validation or automatically retry failed HTTPS URLs over HTTP. Playlist and guide requests reject HTTPS-to-HTTP redirects. Media subrequests are handled by Apple's playback framework and may include HTTP requests specified by the source.
4. Files access
Only when you explicitly choose a playlist or guide file does the App use Apple's Files picker to read that item. The App does not request Photos or video-library permission and does not read files that you have not selected.
5. Retention and deletion
You can delete playlists and their channels, or remove individual entries or clear play history. Guide sources are managed separately in Guide. Uninstalling the App normally removes its container data; system backups may retain copies depending on your device and Apple service settings. Deleting App records does not delete a source provider's access logs.
6. Support website forms
If you voluntarily send a bug report through the website, we handle the name, contact email, and issue details that you submit. We use this only to reply or investigate a problem. Please do not submit passwords, private playlist links, or unnecessary sensitive information. We do not use this information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
7. Children and third-party content
BuBu TV does not provide, host, or recommend channels, playlists, or programme content. Import only content you are entitled to access and use. The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children. Third-party media sources are responsible for their own availability, content, and privacy practices.
